How do you ship my treasures?
We offer two quest routes: delivery to Pudo/Bob Box lockers or standard courier straight to your door. Both options are available nationwide across South Africa.
Is shipping free?
It can be! Free shipping kicks in for orders over R499 - because every hero deserves a proper reward.
How quickly do items dispatch?
Most items dispatch within 3 business days. Pre-order items (like our handmade tufted rugs) follow the timeline in the product description - typically up to 2 weeks before we send them on their journey to you.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective & non-defective products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition & packaging (we know it's tempting to immediately unbox that new suncatcher!).
How do I start a return?
Send a raven to potions@hearthforge.co.za with your order details & we'll sort you out with return instructions.
Return method:
Returns must be dropped off at our designated location (details provided when you contact us).
Processing & fees:
- Restocking fee: 10% of product price applies to all returns
- Refund processing time: Maximum of 10 days from when we receive your returned item
- We also accept exchanges if you'd prefer something different
Defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately - we'll make it right!
